We are so excited to announce our annual 2025 RULECougar camps at MVNU, Next Up Camp. If you are not familiar with our “RULECougar” culture and program, I would like to invite you to come experience an organized, high-level camp in the BEST small-college arena in the region. Our RULECougar culture emphasizes fundamental skill development within a high character program. While at camp you will be exposed to a practice type setting working on specific skills you can take home to work on your game. You will also be involved in competitive 1 on 1, 3 on 3, and 5 on 5 game competition. During the day Coach Ronai will take you through a recruiting seminar where you will learn what they look for in recruits and also gain knowledge on all levels of college basketball and the world of recruiting. This is not your normal “elite camp”. You will walk away a more informed player energized to work on your game. We hope you join us to gain skills, knowledge, exposure, and GET BETTER.

Cost

This is a high value college camp priced at $70 for a day of excellent instruction and exposure to college coaches.

Who Can Attend

Camp is open to Rising 9th - 12th graders 

INSTRUCTION
Compete against some of the best players in Ohio and the Midwest region in competitive team play, drill work, and 3-on-3 and 1-on-1 gauntlets. Train with the MVNU coaching staff and current players in station work that focuses on detailed skill advancement.

Learn what the recruiting process looks like and understand what coaches are looking for in a potential recruit. You will have the opportunity to work with and be evaluated by coaches in the region, as well as get and inside scoop on the MVNU basketball program.

STAFF
This Elite Camp will be run by MVNU Head Coach Jared Ronai, staff, and players. This staff will provide the best instruction available for any level player.

NECESSARY EQUPIMENT
Each camper is responsible for his own shoes, socks, shorts and shirts. Each camper will be required to bring their own water bottle or purchase one at the concession stand.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Participating athletes are required to wear masks for registration and off-court activities, but are permitted to remove masks for any on-court instruction/games. Unless directed otherwise, all spectators will be required to wear masks. Coaches will be wearing masks when not actively instructing athletes. Please respect social distancing mandates.

INSURANCE

Each camper must have their own medical insurance. The MVNU Basketball Camp will not be responsible for any medical or dental insurance. A medical release statement is included on the registration form and must be signed by a parent or guardian. Each camper’s health and protection is our first and foremost concern. The services of an athletic trainer will be available during camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will be made prior to the day of the camp, minus the $25 non-refundable deposit. Once the camp begins, refunds will not be issued.
